Awesome customer support. I got let down by a different supplier and was in urgent need of a shower. Rupert was super helpful in finding a comparable shower. He reached out to the supplier and informed me that they could get it delivered the very next working day.

This is the most disappointing company I've encountered online. They operate using customers' funds. They promote products that aren't even available at tempting prices. They hold onto customers' money for a few weeks, then just say sorry. Sometimes they might issue a refund. I placed an order for one item costing over £400.00 on July 5th, and I'm still having a tough time getting a decent response.

After placing my order, I got an email on the delivery day saying I couldn't have the items because they were discontinued. That's just not right, as I can still get these parts from another supplier who was just out of stock, which is why I chose to order here in the first place. The email promised a refund within 5 days. Fast forward 17 days, and I'm still out nearly £500. I called the office, and they assured me the money would be back in my account that same day. But here I am, 3 days later, and still nothing. Tried calling again, but no one picked up! Next step? I'm thinking of getting my solicitor involved to recover what I'm owed.

The customer support was solid, the delivery happened right on time (the next day), and the shower thermostatic bar I got works perfectly. I'd definitely shop with them again.
